Even on a cruise ship conceived for the youngest travellers, which is a representation of the world of fantasy, there is a need for formal items: comfortable, handy chairs, equipped for conventions, conferences, meetings.
The customer has chosen the chair Ingrid from the collection Dynamica, designed for “Concepts by Braida” by the Norwegian designer Jan Sabro.
A chair with an everlasting design thanks to its clean, essential and precise lines.
This model can be stacked for reducing the encumbrance and can be equipped with linking devices, so that the chairs can be aligned in rows.
The first request included only the Ingrid chairs, that is to say the basic model. Later on, during a visit to the company, the customer has expressed the desire of purchasing also some chairs with the writing tablet, some of which conceived for left-handed people, with the writing tablet on the left side.
“Concepts by Braida” has therefore verified the availability of mechanisms for lifting up and turning the tablet which could work even on the opposite side. Then they have modified the chair’s structure in order to be able to fix the tablet’s arm on the left side.
20 chairs only have been modified. Working with such a flexible partner, as “Concepts by Braida” is, has its advantages.
